Today on the show, we are joined by Professor Massimo Pigliucci.

Massimo is the professor of Philosophy at the city college of New York. Massimo holds a PhD in evolutionary biology, is a best-selling author and has written in a number of books including How To Be A Stoic and Massimo’s latest book a field guide to a good life - 53 brief reasons for living.

In this episode today, expect to jump into a time machine and go back a couple of thousand of years. Stoicism, we’ve all heard of it but it’s become this fancy term that nobody quite knows what it means. Well that changes today!
